I hold a H1B through Company A and now have initiated a transfer to Company B. The resignation with A was over the phone and we parted amicably. I have joined B on Receipt notice (Not Approval Notice) and worked for a couple of days, but have problems with B. I have not drawn any salary from B yet.
My question is Can I now resign B and rejoin A again without any transfer procedure (as if I have never joined B)?
I know that A has Not revoked his petition.
Please suggest.
