A weird letter from INS - regarding 485 app. inquiry

I had talked to the 800 # a few weeks back to check on the status of my 485.

I got a weird letter from BCIS/INS today. Its regarding my 485 case WAC 02 043 *****

It stated amongst other things that I requested for an address change and that request has been complete. I never did that !! I am not sure what the're talking about. They also described in details that my RFE response is recvd. and its perhaps amongst a pile of 50-100 other cases and that I should shut-up for about 6 to 8 weeks...

Anyways I thought the address part was interesting. This is the first time I've heard from INS ;)

Did u had second fp, RFe. If u had RFE, Add that text also. Please post all ur info in an order.

Dear SAG,

It may happened like this, I guess.

Did you try to 'verify / confirm' your address when you
called? It seems they really cannot do that. What they
would do is take your 'new address' and will later
send you a letter confirming it. They may even ask
you to send an AR-11 form. Anyway, if the address is
correct, which obviously is, you do not have much
to worry, I believe.
