I just have a very simple question. I am planing to go to India this mid-July 2005 and return first week of August 2005. Most probably....I am gonna go for three weeks.
I have a valid H1B Visa Stamp in my pp untill Dec 2006 from Toronto.
Please kindly tell me how the US-VISIT System works. I got fingerprinted in Toronto during my Visa Revalidation, and then, I drove back to US with no problems.
I dont expect any problems with this new system but would appreciate any ideas.
