Can we start a new thread for people like us who already had interviews but approvals are still pending on FBI name check?

Let's share our experiences and stories, and encourage each other in this painful and stressful long journey.

Our cases:
I-140: May, 01
I-485: June, 02
FP1: Sept. 02
FP2: Feb. 04
Interview: Feb 23, 04 in Norfolk, VA
were told approvals are pending on FBI name check.

Checked with FBI several times but no responses at all.
 
waiting for FBI check

i am waiting for FBI clearnace since 5th april 2004. I applied from Ottawa-Canada and since then every day is heavy for me. Since i am on work visa its really hard to keep ur company and deal with a thing for which u dont know when woud be comming. ANy one who is waiting for this long?
btw i am from pakistan but landed immigrant of canda
