A standard reply/a good hope for Sep'03 EB2 filers?

Guys,

I asked my attorney's office to check the status of my 140 few days back, after the service center received my RFE reply on Dec 28th, 2004. Here is the reply.

As per USCIS, the case has just entered processing timeline. It takes another 30 days to process the case. No decision has been made yet. Please check with USCIS if nothing has been heard in next 30 days.

Is it a standard reply from USCIS?

140/485: Notice date: Sep 22, 2003
RFE reply: Receipt date: Dec 28, 2004
RFE: Which category (EB2/EB3?) Applied & confirmed as EB2

I would say you will hear some thing with in 30 days. I would say both 140 and 485. Since our dates are running. I'm with your dates and 140 got approved on march 1st and waiting for 485.

Good Luck man and update every one if Listen Some thing. I Hope Tjshah too hear some thing. he is also in our boat.
