Does BCIS send REF, FP and approval notices to your home address or attorney office?

What information will BCIS send to attorney office in the phase of 485?

Do I still need attorney after filing 485?

both you and your attorney will get FP and approval notices. RFEs, on the other hand, are sent only to the attorney.

your attorney gets a copy of everything, which is referred to as "courtesy copies".

you don't need an attorney at any stage in your i485. however, if you have an attorney on record with the BCIS (which will be the case if you had an attorney file the original i485 app for you), they will continue receiving all correspondence, unless you file a G-28 to update the record.

as far as my experience goes, the rfes&fp notices will be sent to the attorney if your case is represented by the attorney otherwise it will be sent to you directly and for the approval notice , a courtesy copy will be sent to you if yours is represented by an attorney otherwise you will get the approval notices.
