A simple question: PD, RD and Processing Date

I am a newbee here so please be kind...

A simple question, I am EB2 Chinese, I-140/485 Co-filed, PD shown on I-140 is Dec. 2004, and my 485 Receipt date is June 2005. Now Vermont Center Processing Date is June 21, 2005. Should I use 485 receipt date (6/2005) to track my case (compare to the posted processing date by VSC) or use the Priority Date which is Dec. 2004?

If it is the former, does this mean it's almost the time for VSC to touch my case?

AS per Visa Bulletin, the cut-off date for eb2 china is April 01, 2005

Since the cut-off date is beyond your PD (Dec 2004), the visa number is available. You should expect approval shortly.
