I recieved today a request of evidence email, can any one tell me what documents they may ask for also can i send these documents faster before i recieve the notice or do i have to wait for the notice? one more thing how long does it take before they respond?

You have to wait until you get the notice, because you don't what they want. It could be your birth certificate, the copy of your passport, medical exams, who knows. You will have to wait and see.

They will send you an e-mail when they get the evidence and from there on, you will have to wait. It could be a month or a year.
Good luck:D

I need help as well. I went to the local USCIS office last week and asked for help to expedite my RTD. An officer wrote an e-mail to the Nebraska office and asked to expedite since I have a family gathering to attend in Europe and I already have a ticket. I showed my non-refundable ticket and my student id (I'm a full-time student) when I was trying to explain that I cannot afford to lose this ticket. So, today i received an email asking to send an evidence after I receive a letter from the USCIS in the mail. It usually take a week to get correspondence from the USCIS and I don't have time since I have to travel soon. What can possibly they ask for as an evidence? a copy of my airline ticket? I've showed everything at the local office. How can I find out before receiving the request? Should I just mail a copy if it to them before getting the actual request?
Also, is there a fax I can send my evidence to instead of mailing it? Is this number 1-402-219-6171 still good? Any ideas? Thanks
