A quick Question on GC Stamping

This is for a friend of mine.

After Approval, is there any "Maximum Wait Time" BEFORE one can go for \'GC Stamping\' on one\'s Passport if he/she couldn\'t go for it immediately?

he can go on any time, on the day of the week when they do the stamping, check with the local center to find out
on what day(s) they do passport stamping.
