I have a question
i am curently working for a company ,who have filed for my labour certification which is almost 18 months now.
My question now is. My parents are citizen of this country , can they file for a green card for me, while side by side my employment application is in process for labour.
I wud like to take advantage, if either one comes up a cropper.
will it effect my labour application? Can this be possible?
