Hi everyone,

I have a question. I had been reading some of the posting
on informing INS for change of address. Following is my case.

My RD Sep 17th 2001
ND Nov 13th 2001
FP Jan 31 2002

My labor and I 140 was filed with an old address. But my I485
was filed from the new address. Same state but different county.

My lawyer tells me that I need to fill up the form to let the INS know that I changed my address couple of years ago.

Do I need to do that? Or is it enough as long as they have most
recent address, am I okay?

Any input appreciated...

same case with me too. My company lawyers didnt tell me anything about it. I think as long as the INS has our recent address, it should be fine.
 
Different State

I have different address on Labor, I140 and 485...
Different states ...
As long as INS has the latest address, and U filled in the correct information in the Biographic information sheet U fill for 485..
U should be OK
