Hi y'all,

My RD or ND is April 16, 2002.
I scanned quite a few SRC's and apparently, people around my SRC are getting approved but I'm not. That's not all, everybody I scanned with RD on 04/16/02 is still showing "Received" (same for my wife and I).

So, now the question: is there anybody with a RD/ND on 04/16/02 that got approved, or has a different message showing on USCIS?

Would u like to share ur story? Did u already have FP? ...

I suggest you if u aldreay have FP.... just send them a letter indicating about ur Expiring FP, as many ppl shared here after sending the FP their cases were got progress and approved.

If FP is not done send anyway letter faxing them... send to congressman.senators.... whatever struggle u can do.......

yes, I did two FP and my wife did one. I faxed a letter to TSC two weeks ago, right after I received the FP notice and my wife didn't.

How long FP are valid???

My wife's FP's were done on Oct 2003 and they are still pending review. SRC 03-111-52***. I am little bit concerned...

Is there anything someone can guide me on..
 
FP is valid for 15 months. So your wife's FP is still valid. Take it easy.
