One recommendation letter from a professor( I don't know him) in US is not very strong, but it's still a positive letter. I already got other 8 letters which I think are strong. Do I need to submit this letter? Any suggestion is aprreciated.
Without knowing the exact works of the letter it is a little bit hard to say what to do. All letters (and not only the letters) have to fit in the "story" you want to tell the USCIS about your case, which means the more doesn't automatically means it is better.
