A question regarding EB-1b premium processing

Hi everyone,

I would like to file a premium processing for my EB-1b I-140 petition. Does anyone know whether I can still fill I-140 and I-485 concurrently if I go premium? I didn't find this information from USCIS.

Yes All EB1 categories are current(http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3032.html). So you should be able to apply concurrently along with I-140 (PPS). The fact that your I-140 is premium shouldnt be related to your filing I-140/I-485 concurrently. Nowhere is it explicitly stated that you cannot do it (http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/aboutus/repsstudies/h1b/premprsv.htm).
