A question on one the forms

In the directions it tells you that if a 2nd form is asking the same questions as the first one, you don't have to answer those questions just answer andything that was not asked already and sign the form.
1. Should I answer those questions anyways to make sure I don't miss anything or just double check everything and leave blank?

2. On Part 2, which one should I mark? I am filling for my wife.
 
Yeah I remember we were pretty confused about that one, too. I think it said something like that for the G-325a.
We ended up filling out everything, because we didn't want to risk having to do it all again! That's what I would recommend you to do, too.
Better to give the requested infos twice than not at all.

It's the first: I am filing the relative petition (or something like that).
