Questions on Form I-485 - Please help
Hi everyone,
I have a few quick questions on the form I-485, please help me..
1. Part 1 last question "Current USCIS Status Expires on (mm/dd/yyyy)". I am currently on H1B first three-year period, and it is valid till 9/17/2011. On the "Expires on" box, shall I put 9/17/2011 which is on my current I797 or 9/17/2014?
2. Part 2 Application type - I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because: I checked the first choice. But I don't have the approval notice yet as I will submit I-130 and I-485 together. For my case, is this the correct choice?
