A question on AP

I just got my AP approved. My lawyer told me that I got a single entry AP. I applied for a multiple entry AP. I don't see anything on the AP notice about single or multiple entry. I got three copies of the same thing.

How do I tell whether it is a single entry or multiple entry AP?

Read the document carefully. Somewhere in there it should say that it is valid for single/multiple entry.
