A question of Re-entry permit LUD

Do we get email approval notice for RTD and RP recently? I think at least two years ago we did get approval emails. For my last RTD application, there was just an LUD after 3 month( the message remains the same, it's something like we recieved your app at *** and will make a decision soon....). I did get the RTD in one week though.This happend again, I got an LUD on 12th on my RP application and the message is not changed and there is no email notice. Is this what happend right now?
 
That is what has happend to my application too. They have changed LUD on 07/22/06, 08/10/06, 08/11/06, 08/12/06 (three days in a row) but message reamains the same. By the way my ND is 05/17/06.

My ND is 5/19: got one LUD when they recieved my old RTD back (as a response to RFE), and once more on 8/12 (a Saturday!!) but the message didnt change. Hoping for approval soon.

My LUD is on Aug 12 too :) Let's keep track it.
 
Today I called up for my RP and was told that on August 12, 2006, your application was assigned to an officer, but it has not reached his/her desk yet. It might still take 2 weeks for processing. ND 06/23/06.

In my exp ( based on RTD apps), you should recieve the travel document one week after the LUD update.
 
I had already received my RTD in march 2006 but I have noticed one more LUD on this alaready approved RTD yesterday. So basically some one touched it after six months of its approval. Is it normal or is there something suspecious?

My ND is 5/5/06. Had my congressman office inquire about the status, got response on 7/19/06. First response was case has been assigned to IO on 7/17/06 and told to follow-up in 2 weeks. Got second response on 8/7/06, case is in transition to the IO, or the IO might already have it in hand for processing, told to follow-up by the end of the week. Got another response on 8/10/06, case "still in transition", how big is the NSC that it takes weeks to get the paperwork from one place to another??!! Anyway, congressman office told to follow-up again by the end of this week, so we'll see what NCS will say then. By the way, my LUD only changed once on 7/22/06 (Saturday), but message didn't change.

My I 131 for reentry is approved as of 08/15/06 My ND was 05/17/06.
I got the following message.

Receipt Number: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On August 15, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.
