A Question Of Legality

Hello

Im just needing some advice. I recently returned from the US. While i was there, i married a US citizen. However her and I are having our problems and since ive returned, she has told me she is not willing at this point to file the i-130 and all revelant forms.

Which leaves me in a situation. Her and I really cant work our relationship out over the net, and I very much want to move to the US. Apart from the I-130 and/or getting a job in the US, is there any other way for me to be able to stay in the USA, legally. Obiviously ill need to be able to work.

This is causing a lot of emotional distress, so if you guys/gals could respond asap, i would be very much grateful

There is no other way, You must file the I-130, I-485, I-864 and I-765 (Employment document) to be able to work in the U.S. and to live in the U.S. Legally.

Enter the U.S. as a Visitor (or Any kind of Visa that relates to you), Im not sure where your from but if your NOT from Canada then you NEED to obtain an I-94 from the Border/Port of Entry into the United States.

I will give you this advice tho, I have seen alot of cases going down the tube and lawyers..etc. I would NOT tell The customs (Border patrol/Port of Entry) that you going file for a Green Card, the Custom Agents wont like that for some reason and will turn you away.
