Friends,
I know this question is related to H1 and should be i that forum, but I feel people in this thread are more seasoned and may come up with good answers too...
My friend wants to come to US on a H1 for a Admin/HR job. He has a degree in civil engineering and experience in Civil and Admin both. After coming to US can he transfer his H1 (and job) to a job that is related to Civil Engineering instead of Admin/Hr on which he originally comes here ?
