A question for filing I-485

Dear all,

My I-140 was approved, and I have an urgent question for filing I-485. Back to 2002, the downtime of the US, I did not find a job after graduation, so I used my OPT working in a Food Store, ending up with a W-2 from the store, and I filed tax return. So I think I can not conceal this material fact. Please help me how to fill out the employment history, mine could be something like this:

1. AAA University Graduation Research Assistant 2005-present
2. AAA University Graduate Graduation Research Assistant 1/2004-12/2004
3. AAA University Graduate Graduation Research Assistant 1/2003-12/2003
4. American Food Store Some labor work (not job offer letter, hourly work) 4/2002-8/2002
5. BBB University Graduate Research Assistant 1/2001-12/2001
6. BBB University Graduate Research Assistant 1/2000-12/2000
7. BBB University Graduate Research Assistant 8/1999-12/1999

Can I use 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 to fill out employment hostory since no professional work for 2002.

Please help me, and I feel desperate and sleepless... Any suggestions or discussions are greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks.

That's fine if you do not want to answer my questions, but I think I can be covered under 245(k) in case it will be a problem since I worked only for about 4 months . I just want to share you guys' suggestions to minimize the influence.

Basically, I bought a package of DIY for NIW, and I prepared about 8 reference letters including one from government, 17 pages with font 11 of cover letter linking all the materials collected throughout my life that will do good for my application. I have 3 first author publications and 3 co-author publications, no major awards. Sigma Xi membership.

I highlight my strengths in one page which reads like a music with ups and downs in tone and with a final sentence: My research expertise, experiences, and abilities are highly needed in the United States of America.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
