I'm the petitioner for my husband who is an F-1 student and part-time employee at the university. I have stopped working since we got married and opted to be a house wife. I haven't made any income since May 2024. We have found a joint sponsor but there is a part of the form that I'm not sure how to fill out.I-864, part 5.6 I chose that I'm currently unemployed.

What income should I write in 5.7, my income from Jan 2024 to May 2024, or 0.00$ since I haven't made any since may and won't make anymore income?

You mean Part 6 item 7 (your current individual annual income)? I think it should be 0.

By the way, you can include your husband's income in your household income, if it will continue from the same source after immigrating. If that will make your household income sufficient, you might not need a joint sponsor.

You are correct, sorry, it's 6.7. Should I put 0 even if she did make income for 6 months this year?
