Hi, In October 2004 I submitted two I-140 applications (NIW and Eb11, DIY) to NSC. Both cases were approved in June 2005, therefore, I received two I-797 notices. Now I am planning to submit I-485. But I don't know which I-797 would be better to use. Is there any difference between these two I-797 for 485 application?
