1. How long a H4 petition is going to take if file from San Francisco? This includes that how long overall process's going to take and how long I can get a reciept after file for a H4?
my wife received an approval for H4 transfer in 2 months..
i paid $140 for H4 application fee... however there is catch!
it seems at the time of stamping they charge Rs 7600.oo around $140 again.
