a question about h1b/h4 for premium processing

all,

a quick question about premium processing. i have applied for my h1b extension with premium processing. i have been told that my wife's h4 will be also a premium processing case. is this statement true?

second, i have received receipt number from bcis. but my wife has not received receipt number from bcis.

will my wife also receive a receipt number for her h4. or is my wife's h4 tied into my h1b. and both of us are on the same receipt number.

Hi

If you have applied for H1 and H4 simultaneously in PP,
both will be processed in PP.

Both of you will get diff EAC numbers.

though H1 takes 15 business days, H4 AVM recoding will be like 20-60 days for processing.

Check the 140$ encashment of your check from bank.... they first process H1 then H4....

I got my h1b & h4 extension approval together and both the wAC will be different but they will process your's first and then your wife will be approve in same time,means in 15days.


RD 05/28/2003 Under Normal processing


Decide to convert to premium processing and it approved in 10days.
