Now OPT, work as a postdoc at school. Just applied H1 for postdoc started from oct.01, 05.
If I find a job , then I need to apply H1 for that company. Is there any problem for new H1 application started before oct. 1 or after oct 1? Should I withdraw the old one( from school, just submitted) if I need to file another one?
