I have a question asking your help:
My fingerprint was collected on May 23, 2003 and the online track says it is still pending review. But my other family members have been resumed processing. I called the national service phone number and they said my lawyer could send a letter to ask CIS to resume the processing, which my lawyer already did. Anyhow, up to today the online check is still "...pending review....", it is very frustrating.
Does any one have experience to deal with this situation? Please advise and thank you very much.
