A question about filling I-130

Hi friends,

On the button of the first page of I-130 form, there is a line which display "INITIAL RECEIPT __ RESUBMITTED __ RELOCATED: Rcc'D __ Sent __ COMPLETED:Apprv'D __ Denied __ Ret'd __", should I check on item or this is used by USCIS Office? Very confused!

I believe it says for uscis office only.Do no touch that box redspace.Just leave that spot for them
