I have a question about moving from w-2 hourly rate to corp-to-corp contracting.
Say, if I am making $45 an hour thru an agent to a client (no medical insurance, no life insurance, only 401k but no match). It is W-2 hourly rate. Now I am talking to the agent and want to do a corp-to-corp basis. How many $ an hour should I ask? I know that they should give me the part they pay for FICA since I am going to pay things like that myself, and what else? Is $52/hour too much for me to ask?
Thanks for your help in advance! I really have nowhere else to turn to for information.
