A question about concurrent filing (NIW)

Hi everyone,

I did concurrent filing in July,2003 (NIW to CSC). I got a REF last month After collecting some powerful letters, I think I have a chance to get it through. My question is: After my reply to the RFE, Is that possible for them to approve both 140 and 485 at the same time? which is definitely not what I want, because I need to get married before the approval of I-485 so that my wife can benefit from that. Another question is, Given that my GF is on her own H-1 right now, if we get married after the approval of my I-485, how long will it take for her to get EAD and AP? I really appreciate your responses.

I don't think I've ever heard of such a thing? Did you do the FP? If not then I'd say the answer is no.
