Here are my case details:
EB2 RIR India NSC
485 ND: Mar 02 2001
I got laid off from the company that applied for my green card processing in second week of November. The company was kind enough and told me that they wouldn\'t cancel my underlying 140 petition. After 1 month of searching I found a new job in same location/area as I was working before. The salary is same. My start date is Jan 7th. My problem is that my lawyer (company appointed one) told me she cannot represent me anymore and I need to find a new lawyer. I talked to a lawyer named Brikho in Detroit. (I stay in Chicago area). Does any body know anything about her? Is she good? When I spoke to her on the phone, she sounded very knowledgable. I am very close (4-5 months) to getting my green card. As you know, since everybody in Nebraska center jurisdiction is getting a RFE these days, I don\'t want to take a chance.
Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
