A question about 485 filing for my wife

Hi, guys:

I am in the process of filing I-485 and have a question. In the first page I need to state the reason for filing. Shoud I choose the second "my spouse applied for the adjustment of status or was granted PR which allows the derivative status of spouse and children"? I am the primary applicant, and my wife is a follow-to-join case. Thanks a lot.

No. YOu are the primary. Your wife should choose the "my spouse applied for...derivative status...".
Looks you are doing concurrent filing. your 485 is based on your 140.
