Hi Friends,
I have a question regarding the 131 renewal form:
I have entered US in Mar on Advance parole and working on EAD. Waiting for 485 approval. What should I write in "Class of admission" ? i was confused with some information given in murthy's site.

And do we need color copies of passport & driver license with i-131 extension? I know It is illegal in US to take color copies of passport. Do they really need color copies?

Class of admission must be "PAROLEE" in your case


I am not sure about the passport but i think some of the service centers require you to send color copy of the DL.

I think you could make color copies of any documents at kinkos, they wont do it for you but you can do it and i dont think its a crime unless you use it illegally.
