A new WAC# for RFE?

Will you get a new WAC# for a new I-140 if an I-485 RFE requires a new/amended I-140? If so, how long will it take to get a RD/ND of the I-140?

Yes An amended I-140 is in queue like a new 140. MY RD is 2/5/2001 ND 2/7/2001 still waiting AVM says takes 50-55 days.

Thanks, so how long does it take to receive your WAC# after the AVM is updated with receive of RFE. For my case, the AVM said they received my response to the I-485 RFE on 3/9. When should a reciept arrive?
