Probably a new work visa similar to H-1B.
Is this propaganda continuing till elections or is it serious.?
All these hypes are definately going to add to the miseries of I_485 filers.
Today we see cases being touched in 25 months, tomorrow 35 months and so forth. I think that day is not far away when filing of 5 EAD's, 5 AP's, 4 FP's and 3 medicals will be a common exercise for all the immigrants who come here on H1B visas and plan to get their permanent residency. (In just 15 years).
I still fail to understand ONE simple thing:
Why can't this government concentrate on what they have instead of concentrating on what they do not have. These people are looking to create new visas, inviting more millions into this country, therefore more backlogs. Not bothered enough to take care of those who are already here for 5-10 years struggling and begging them for 2nd FP so that they can settle down.
If senators, attorneys, NCSC cannot take care of the H1B's and EAD holders now, why are these folks creating more insecure environment for those who are yet to get into this vicious circle.
Pity!
What will happen by creating more temp work visas? Are they still going to consider us for a good job in a good company without having to pass security clearances? Are they still going to allow us to get a govt job?. I think NO.
