A new Issue..Please Advise

Hi,

I am sorry to bore with you my problems again and again. A new problem has surfaced in my case. My current client wants to me to join full time. This will be my second job change during AOS. I submitted the RFE reply from my current employer(with whom I am employed hourly). Will there be any further RFE/transfer in my case ? I am planning to get a letter from my current employer stating that they can no longer keep me in payroll as the project is getting over. I am sure they will provide one to save their face from the client. Is this letter sufficient ?
I have another question. After getting this letter from my employer, can I join somebody else instead of this client ? A job change is a job change (INS doesn't know the difference between this current client or any XYZ)

You can work for any company with your EAD. If you are approved without RFE... good else your employer should give the letter stating that you are working in a position that is stated in your labor approval... i.e., software engineer/programmer analyst... etc... It should not be a problem to change companies. However before you do contact your attorney informing him of the change.

My advice is very simple.

If you have project with current company(since already changed the compnay , so already passed that stage) . if they have job for u stick with them till u get ur GC or if ur project is getting over and same client is offering job ,take ur acceptance letter from ur employer. Then this is identical with layoff letter.
So You can support ur self if ur get RFE.

As a reminder, I would like to add that I already got a RFE for EmpLetter,W2 and paystubs , the response which INS recd on Dec 03'02. This response was provided from my current employer whom I swithed to, in July.
Will this change create a problem ? I am going to meet an attorney and take an advise.
