Hi One and All....a ten year passage came to a wonderful fruition today in Tulsa, OK.

Around 60 people became Americans today about one half from Mexico and the rest from 20 other countries.

My timeline was very fast.

Applied with N400 early March

Fingerprints early April.

Interview middle of August

Oath ceremony today.....Yippeeee

I happily refer the Law Firm of Judith Cooper in Texas to everyone seekind an amazing Immigration Attorney.

I have never met her....we did it all over the phone, fax and internet and I had incredible service and help.

I was never asked to send in additonal documents, she had it covered from the beginning.

Please feel free to contact me if I can help anyone.

I shall be still popping in and out of the wonderful forum. :D

Answer to posted questions....

I used a lawyer to help expedite matters, I travel a lot on business and I was unsure if I would receive mail in a timely manner and using a good lawyer that the USCIS is familiar with can add credence to your case.

Her fees were $1000.00 plus biometrics and application but to me after 10 years of struggling my Naturalization was done in six months without ever having to send in additional information.

I originally came to the US on a TN Visa under the NAFTA Program.

Feel free to ask any more questions and I will attempt to respond quickly.
