A naive question: can I file I-485 to the local district office?

Hi, guys,

I live in Minneapolis and have my I-140 form (EB-1 outstanding scientists) approved by the Lincoln Service center. Can I file I-485 at the local St. Paul district office or should I file to the service center? Which way will be faster? Thanks for sharing your experience and comments.

you have to file at nebraska. You cannot file at st paul.

I live in minneapolis too and filed in NSC.
