So how do I do it ? Well, pretty simple. Just make the user enter
some sequence of digits and finally let him enter the receipt #...and once
the receipt # is in, hey presto !!! Just emit a message
"SORRY ! WE ARE ENCOUNTERING TEMPORARY SYSTEM ISSUES" ( might
as well say "HEY YOU MONEY-MAKING IMMIGRANT! I MADE THE
STINKING COCKCROACHES IN MY PAUPER"S HOUSE EAT UP YOUR CASE
DOCUMENTS!!!" )
Anyway, that's a real ingenuous way of reducing status inquiry calls.
Must have cut it down by 70-80% !!!
