A good way to expedite your case by yourself

send paystubs and employment letter. For those who got RFE, send them again.

Anyway when these documents get to BCIS, the officer has to put them into your file, which might trigger the approval.

It doesn't hurt anyway. I am serious and intend to do so. Do you guys think this is a good idea?

not a good idea...

Sometimes and esp. with INS, it is best NOT to muddy the water in any way! They might have some stupid, quirky laws like "duplication of documents - results in denail" (it is an exaggeration but something stupid like that)!

My lawyer says that too much action (like sending stuff to the INS without RFE) can attract negative attention to your case - like you are trying to push it. He says that he's had a case when his client kept sending documents to the INS without his knowledge which triggered a very thorough six-month-long FBI check.

Brilliant Idea indeed.
Where were you all these days?
Were you a typical Indian Government employee before coming to US?
Please try first and let us know what was the result and then we can follow you.

I appreciate

your clumsy humour... which does not work for me

Yes, your case is sitting in dust, at a corner of a football field piled
with documents, and your beautiful picture is buried there too, or maybe in some greasy vermontee hand's now.

:D

Bad idea. They make give you a hard time for intentionally clogging the system by sending duplicate documents and hence increasing their workload.

Cole,
please don't try to overload the already stretched BCIS staff. Your trick will further delay the overall processing:p
Just kidding

I would have been approved

if that were the case. I wish

Hi Cole

Do you think that all the guru's in this forum didn't get this idea???
You are under estimating the people in the forum :p
:D :D :D

Hi, Cole,
I think it may be worth to try
however the timing to send documents is important but difficult to make a decision.
I have been waiting for the chance.

pressed by you guys, I give up

I give up sending them more information unless otherwise requested...

Eligible to be a GURU

Now you started making wise decisions, so you are eligible to become a GURU, but remember you are not yet a guru. . .
