I just called TSC using the POJ trick. This is the first time I call TSC. I was warned by a lady that I was not supposed to call this phone number because my case was filed through an attorney. Without any more explaination, I was hang up. What a frustrating thing. Does anybody have similar experience? Please let me know what to do next.

A frustrating response from TSC

All I can say: call there again, and again ... This totally depends on the officer on the other end of the wire ... It happened to me several times: I called and was explained that they do not give any info over the phone, that I can not call this number, and then I called next day and a nice lady (much nicer than the day before) searched my file and told me everything she could find. And then yet, several days later, a harsh lady explained to me that she is not giving any info over the phone ...
