my 140/485 RD is 7/29/04 - EB2 con-current filing through CSC. I have not received fp notice yet. i live in chicago. does anyone has similar situation? - that live outside of california, even filed after April when the pilot started running, not be able not get their fp notice?

A CSC FP question

According to the stastistics based on this forum, normall you will receive FP notice in next year. It' is not sure. A few people got FP notice in 2-6 months. It does not matter that you get FP notice early or not, because some people got FP but the FP is expired before adjudication for 485. Don't worry.. be happy. You will receive FP notice when the officer is ready to take care your 485.

actually what i was implying was the fact that most people can get their fp notice in a couple of weeks after filing. it's most likely true for folks filed through CSC after april, even though some of them were not in pilot program. i was reading this post that the guy who filed on 9/28/04 had received the 485 approval! while congratulation on him, i feel frustration abt my situation...
