A CSC FP question

my 140/485 RD is 7/29/04 - EB2 con-current filing through CSC. I have not received fp notice yet. i live in chicago. does anyone has similar situation? - that live outside of california, even filed after April when the pilot started running, not be able not get their fp notice?
 
My RD/ND is also 07/29/2004 (CSC, EB2, concurrent), but I have already
received FP notice. But I live in California. I don't know why you haven't
received it yet. However, my dates haven't progressed either inspite of
doing an FP making me think my case wasn't considered under pilot.
 
My 485 was RD by CSC on 7/29/04
We recd our FP notices about 1 month back. We live in Texas.
May be the delay in your case could be because of your local finger processing centre's overload.
