This is just a simple idea that "might" help us. IF we get the number of the 2001 waiters and if it is sufficient, we can structure an expidite request. This format would be same format for everybody to use. Then with the same letter format and only changing the case numbers we can fax it to VSC the same day and time. That way I believe it will take more attention and might lead us to solution more accurately.
Please do not elobrate the idea so detailed, once again this is just a simple thought came to my mind, not a legal advice and no responsibility is accepted.
