. Searched for a civil surgeon yesterday and have scheduled an appointment tomorrow (got a good one.. $160 for the exam and shots). If anyone from the bay area wants to know the surgeon's address, ping me 
So after getting the exam results and getting the I-864 notarized, i will mail the forms to the chicago lock box. Then starts the much dreaded wait... but anyhow, this was a good experience and i learnt a lot from this.
