I wanted to know if one can file a second 485 through a different company when a 485 filing has been pending for over six months?

the first filing - future job no more exists and so i may run a risk of denial down the line.

as a back up i have filed labor and 140 through a different company. can i get going with the 485 when the 140 gets approved...

is there a way to withdraw the previously filed 485... when i have started using the EAD...

few days ago i looked at the posting by KVP1 looks same as your case. For that one HVN replied saying that it is not complicated. one more guy HOPE2 is in the same situation . so you can discuss and help each other.
