I am on the 9th year(based on pending eb3) of my h1b i 94 expires this September.Due to some problems with my current employer I am thinking of leaving my current employer and find another.As my labor is pending n pending i see no point in waiting for it.I have some questions which I would like to be answered.
*can i apply for a green card on my own based on sheer hardship?..or my situation is not viewed as hardship at all.
*if i transfer my h1b right now..how quickly do my new employer need to file for the green card?
*if some employer wants to file a new h1b for me..how long will that petition be approved for?
All this is very frustrating I mean if ill legal aliens can apply for immigration amnesty then why can't I? have been paying taxes n all for years years now...
