Seems like USCIS cleared 99% of Labor backlogs.How would this impact the Priority dates?Are there too many old labors before 2001??

I don't think there are many people left with 2001 PD. But I know lot of folks around with PD 2002-2004 who were stuck in backlog centers for ages and now they r waiting for ..... 485 approvals or waiting to apply...

Some Data

I checked the trackitt DB and the following is the data for EB3

WorldWide (includes India and China)

Around 400 cases with PD < 2001 (included cases where no PD was entered)
Around 200 cases with PD < 2001 (excludes cases where no PD was entered)

India

Around 250 cases with PD < 2001 (included cases where no PD was entered)
Around 150 cases with PD < 2001 (excludes cases where no PD was entered)

If we assume that only 5% (Is it ok to assume this?) register their cases. Then there are atleast 5000 cases with PD < 2001 (pessimistic) and 3000 (optimistic).

China

Less than 50 with PD < 2001 ((included cases where no PD was entered)

Hi ,
I think that USCIS didn't cleared nothing , only DOL did that ( nothing to do with USCIS (I485) process backlog ) , so that means that USCIS processing backlog continues to ......S*^K ( probably by aproving the new cases and forget the oldtimers ) !!!

That's bring a lot of relief.Hopefully USCIS finishes givong out receipt notices to all cases by Oct 15 which would help them to get an estimate for the NOV Visa Bulletin.
