My employer/lawer has mentioned in my RIR LC, the salary for my position is 96% of the prevailing wage. On the assumption of 5% varience is allowed, they mentioned my salary less than the PW determined by SWA. Is there any chance my case may be remanded or rejected just because the salary is 96
% PW? If PERM is implememted before the adjustication of my case, the salary (96% of PW) will be an issue? My lawyer says he mentioned like this before. But I am little worried.
