90 working days or calendar days?

to get EAD in local office is it 90 working days or calendar days ?

Normally, anything more than 10 days is Calendar days...also, the
EAD 90 day clock starts from the Receipt Date of the EAD application...this is what I could decipher after reading the
personal experiences section in CIBA\'s wonderful site for CSC folks...
